Do you dream of a winemaking venture in sunny Andalusia? From the grape to the glass, while enjoying the 320 days of sunshine that Andalusia promises? If your answer is yes, we invite you to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

This boutique vineyard and winery is located in the mountains, about a half hour drive from vibrant Malaga. It is an ideal opportunity to continue and expand a fully functioning business. The winery enjoys an excellent reputation, loyal customers and wines with high ratings on the Vivino app.

The geographical enclave of this boutique vineyard-bodega has been covered with vines since Roman times. Needless to add, the area enjoys the perfect climate for growing vines in optimal conditions.

Can you imagine following the growth of those vines from the very beginning until they are handcrafted into an exquisite wine enjoyed with family and/or friends? That was the dream of the current owner. He started the activity as a hobby and with no intention of expanding too much. The passion and the good repercussion of the winery, led him to grow more than expected. So much so that nowadays the vineyard grows Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah and some Tempranillo and there is Merlot planted in 2019. All grown and hand-harvested on terraces.

They produce 4 quality wines which all have the “Denominación de Origen Sierras de Málaga”:
Red crianza (12 months French oak)
Red reserva (18 months French oak)
Dry Moscatel (3 months French oak)

The current installed production capacity is 8,000 – 10,000 bottles per year. The bodega has a license for up to 150 hectolitres (20,000 bottles) per year.

The area is renowned for wine tourism (wine tastings), which is a very good source of income. Wine tastings are currently being organised (3 – 23 people).

The wines are sold at the bodega and also in restaurants and specialised shops in the city of Málaga. The wine export potential to northern Europe is very interesting for turnover increase.

The fermentation room has a laboratory. There is also a storage room, a barrel room and a room where wine tastings are organised on a regular basis. It is interesting to note that bottling and labelling is also carried out on the estate. It is also worth noting that the estate has its own water supply and is connected to mains electricity.

By now, you will understand that this boutique vineyard-cum-winery is much more than that. It is a fully operational, successful venture with a lot of potential. It has all the licenses in place, so all you have to do is continue with the business and, if you are interested, expand it.

Do you want to expand your vineyard, buy more grapes and increase your wine production, or are you interested in setting up a tourist project that includes rental accommodation on the estate? All this is possible. If, on the other hand, you just want to continue with this boutique vineyard-bodega as it is, you can do so from the moment you purchase it.

It’s fully operational and includes machinery, stock, bottles, labels, sales and supplier network. There will be a transfer period of the current owner to get you started.

If your dream is to continue or expand this winemaking venture, we will be happy to help you make it a reality.
